Here's the main problem I have with FM. My up till now competitive, or even over-performing teams, turn to crap overnight. There's no way to diagnose the problem and nothing I do fixes it. This effect usually kicks in after a sequence of victories. It's like the AI is geared toward preventing the player succeeding.
Have you encountered this phenomenon and, if so… what the hell do you do about it?

Why would you think people is interested in football, just because they play a game?
I have no interest in watching stuff, including football, life is to short to watch things, I love playing football (though a bit old for it now) and I enjoy playing games and at the moment FM18 is one of those.

Can I ask where are you from? You sound Scandinavian but there seems to be a bit of a Welsh accent in there.
Haven't watched this yet, I just hope you explain team shape. It's nor what the different option do exactley it's why some thing work well and some others don't. I can get a good tactic in most my saves it's jus ti'm not usually sure why it's working better than others.
Good work. I struggle with tactics. I often take one off steam and just try to make it work. I think I get stuck between trying to build a tactic for my players and trying to build the tactic I want regardless of the players.
I really find this annoying. Coming into team instructions and saying it all makes sense. Isn't that the point of a guide? To explain things that for you maybe is easy to understand, but for a lot of others is a maze.
Thanks for the video, havent played since FM16. Always find it good to watch others and how they understand the game. Will be watching more of your tutorials! Had to watch them on youtube though as steams big screen mode is buggy. Keep up the videos, top effort!
