You do know your formation sucks tho. I would advise you to use WBs since your using IF and use a DLPM and a BWM or else your gonna get scored on alot.

Would like for you to send Mastour on a loan in Serie B perhaps. Him being a Key Player there for a mid table side would be nice for him i think. Also that other regen guy, although he may be a little young still.
Why you prefer puts medran and not put rafinha ? Rafinha gives you more consistent.

I was really surprised to see Rodrigo perform that good so early in the season at a new club. Some good quality players you bought, not really sure about Maher and Zapata and I really think you should sell Alex to replace him with that 19 year old Romanian youth player. I would recommend to keep De Jong until Thomas Partey is good enough, cause I think he will be good enough on the end of the season to replace him.

Play Mastour in the U 21
You need to send Mastour out of loan, he's not going to develop as well not playing any games.
For the stats I prefer to have:
green for stats 15+
Orange for stats 12-14
white for stats 6-11
grey 1-5
It is important to rotate players every game, but don't change almost the entire starting 11

When you send the wonder kids from your academy, when I send them out on loan I check to see what the facilities at the loan club are like and they have to be good at least and I set it to first team but not key player because you want your player to earn his place into the squad and not have a guaranteed spot. Sending him to a winner helps as well
