Ive been saying exactly that for a while now, I loved Ibra while he was at Milan but we can do as well without him.
yeap, i find the team will actually play better without ibra, simply because ibra was too selfish and would get mad at everyone, while everyone feels way less pressured without him now in terms of playing style, etc.
lolll…robinho is a man of extremes…can be great or can be awful…nothing in between…better sell him while he has some value to him …if that happens doesn't happen let's hope to see first season robinho… with ibra gone it's possible…as great as ibra is…he sucks the shine out of his teammate, because everything becomes focused on him
and i think that's the only reason they want Kaka…to calm the anger of some fans for the sale of thiago and ibra by bringing a *star* …otherwise to me it does not make sense in economic terms (or long term building) …which is why they sold ibra and thiago in the first place
we hold pretty similar views it seems, because I would be the first one to say sell robinho! I must've swore at him a million times last season because I've never seen anyone be so wasteful, still got some time on the transfer window, let's see what happens 🙂
midfield? yes…but forward i'm not sure. we have the people but it's whether Robinho will be robinho of last season (wasteful) or the one from the first season (great) … or will pato be pato of 09 or will he still be best friend with the doctors…
so i would prefer selling a forward before we buy one…and robinho is the one with some resale value that i would likely get rid of in order to get a forward…a real strong center forward…

well we can't even sign dzeko, and tevez anymore because of the non-european rule i mentioned in the video ! I agree about Sahin as he would probably bring more to Milan right now, however Kaka is a fan favorite at Milan, so really wouldn't mind any of the two !
about the transfers…we need to stop talking like this is fantasy football…there is real money involved. money that we don't have…so it's cool to say dzeko, tevez and other but let's be realistic..
i think we will be btter off without kaka for…he is 30 with a big salary and big transfer fee (madrid's demands) … sahin on loan (easier to finalize than sign kaka) would not only save us tons of $…but he is young and very talented and worthy of milan…plus raises the comptetion in midf
you're absolutely right on that point, I just hope he can bring to Milan, what he brought to Udinese when he used to play with them. I'm looking forward now to see what the management will do about the mid-forward situation, because we seriously need some enforcements there. Let's see how he fairs with us ! 🙂
sure he had a not too good season last year but that doesn't erase what he has done in the previous 6 years with udinese, which is in serie A… management at milan and villareal are very different in terms of allowing players to be at their best…and we know what zapata's best is so let's give him time…it's only a loan anyway…
i'm not super excited about that either because i preffered yanga-mbiwa's athletic style… but at least we have someone that we know can be great when on his A game
