Here some tips on tactic to improve your team:
1. on fluid formation. when in possession set your players especially the midfield to cmf or amf. and when out of possesion set your winger to lmf/rmf if you want them to track back and midfield to cmf/dmf. this way your player's position will improve dramatically.
2. dont use all out defense unless you want to secure late winner. this tactic will cause all your player to ignore the ball and drop deep which is totally unnecessary.
3. defensive line 5-7 bar to minimize the opponent freedom
4. tight marking the opponent striker on adv instruction
