In my opinion ,Montella has done great job in the previous season , but the problem is when the new owner of milan came and change a lot of names , the players has missed the harmony together and every week montella changed the formation and players because the owner make pressure on him , when Gatuso come he continue what montella has started plus the grinta and the serious work of gatuso make the team stronger , if you watch match between juv and milan , our players missed the experience like match between juv and tottenham in champions league , juv with only 2 chances put 2 goals even the English team has make a lot of pressure on juvetnus but they lost . Milan should buy max 2 or 3 players but a high class players and put them with this team , and they will crush any team the face . overall i agreed with you. but on the defender i suggest de vrij because his contract expired june 2018 and he is one of best defender in serie a. Next on midfielder i suggest Nicola Barella as rotation for Jack and Fernandinho as rotation for kessie. For attackante, we need a winger that can cut inside and has a good speed on the left and right flange. i suggest deulofeu. we need to sell : gabriel, paletta, gomez, jose mauri (loan), locatelli (loan), zanelato (loan), kalinic, borini.
