You concede because after you go 2-1 up you are still on attacking and pump ball into box and all that super offensive stuff. Change the instructions instead of saying "im done". You can see in the commentary after you score it says "Atlanta is playing in a more offensive strategy" or something similar. Of course you're gonna concede because you are still on ultra offensive and you defence is the worst part of your team.

I'd love you to do a PSV save. Try and take them to champions league wins. They're not in one of the 'top 5' leagues so it'd be refreshing, my opinion is they have some of the best young players in the world to develop and well they're a fun team to play with. They have the players to do some interesting things tacticly.

If you want to use 4-2-3-1 formation I recommend my one, not trying to advertise it or anything it just seems to me my perfect tactic 🙂 it's called 4-2-3-1 waterfallman, it's basically the same as your one with defensive changes and more emphasise on possession and it's difficult to break down. It's Like how Chelsea play irl

You have to sign more atacking midfieldes and another striker
Maybe you could tell your team to get creative in match, so you might get some off chances to score. Maybe use tighter marking in your instructions to attempt to prevent anyone from easily scoring inside the box. If I was in a losing streak, I would just juggle the usual line up. Maybe call up Mastour from your U20 squad. I would run the risk of unsettling your starters since they are not performing. You probably already know this stuff since you played Football Manager for ten years. Football Manager 2015 is my first experience with the Football Manager series.

Play suso as an inside forward and a winger on the right. Suso scores a lot when he plays as an inside forward so try starting him

Play with the center attacking midfielder as a Shadow striker always works well for me, gets a lot of goals into the team
This episode was extremely unlucky.
I say you play on a bit of camera.
You need to change tactic, bring in a CDM position of some sort. You're very good at the game and I've learnt so much of you, but this tactic isn't working. You don't have the players yet to use it. You need to do a massive overhaul in the summer and mark your stamp on AC.
I also think you should get rid of low tempo, it seems to slow down everything causing your players not to get up to play quick enough and making them hold onto the ball enabling them to get tackled.

I think you were playing better before you sold off all those players, the new signings may have disrupted the squad harmony. Probably better to try and turnover the squad at the end of the season rather than mid-season. All those loan players wouldn't care about playing for the AC Milan Shirt either, it's more about game time for them than doing well for the club. Too many loans and too many experienced players sold has been the downfall I feel.
Seeing you getting so upset with this I can't imagine how ac Milan management feel when they watch their club playing with this players lol. Keep going the first season in the worst and ac Milan is a sleeping giant
I totally get your frustrations man… I have the same problem with especially AC Milan.. So often I dominate the matches, but get a draw or lose against teams that just scores on every chance they get..
