I think you should make El Sha your captain. He has the quality and although he is on the cover. On the other hand I have the oppinion that Destro is your best striker option. He is high rated, has still a bit potential to go and in the end he is italian. You have to mention that you have a lot of scoring players and if your wings score 2 goals each you can't expect you striker to score too. As you've seen as soon as jese was injured Destro scored 4 goals. I think you should just keep on with this squad because you are doing really good. Maybe play Destro and jese separately so when you play jese just put zapata on and when your playing Destro put on suso. Maybe that would give the best of both worlds.

As far as Destro goes, it doesn't make sense to sell a 24 year old striker with amazingly high potential who can score ~25 goals a season.
