The problem with our players (Milan) is their motivation week in, week out. They get pumped up and motivated for big games against large clubs, but they have trouble getting motivated against smaller clubs.The squad needs a leader and role model who gives 100% for the entire 90 minutes, every week, no matter what the scoreboard looks like.

This milan side can actually reach ucl QF cause pippo learned from carlo but in serie a its diffrent because small teams dont give space and rely on set peace and counters its been that since carlos days like in 2007 we were bad in league against small teams but that made the team better in ucl cause serie is tougher
