In this video, I show you how to not only replicate 4-3-2-1 formation in FIFA 20, but also how to adapt it so that it will work efficiently in-game.
This system is based on the AC Milan team of 2007; which saw AC Milan win the UEFA Champions League for the second time under the reign of Carlo Ancelotti, following the success of 2003.
The idea of the system is to provide lots of short passing options in central areas with five central midfielders. In turn, this would create space for the wing backs to overlap and open up the game. The front three of Kaka, Clarence Seedorf and Filippo Inzaghi were the predominant source of goals. Whilst the rest of the central midfielders steadied the ship.
In defence, the sstem focuses on being very narrow and compact; making it tough for the oppositon to break down. Having more central players meant less space and options for the opposition to play the ball through Milan; instead having to try and go round.

Can you use wingers in the CAM roles?
I cant find the rigth formation 4-3-2-1, is one there but is not the same formation.
Doing a Milan career mode with these tactics. Would paqueta be good for the seedorf role? Also would either zaniolo or chiesa be a good option for the kaka role? Really enjoy your videos!
main reason i like this formation because the shape looks so nice
In the Pirlo role, is Ruben Neves a good option?
these videos are so class mate wekk done.
Great video mate, could you recommend some good players to be my Seedorf and Kaka on Career Mode?
Will be trying this one next, looking forward to it. I’m concerned that it won’t work because of the (realistic) sliders in regards to Full Back Position being down to 1 or 2, not 50.
Marcelo Bielsa Leeds United tactics?
Should have saved that for Christmas
Hey broma. Really love your content. I tried using this on FUT.
Gk- same
Lb/rb- join the attack, overlap
Cm- drop between defender, cover center
Lcm- get forward, stay at edge
Run-balances Attack, stay at edge, aggressive interception
Rf-stay central
Lf- balance, come back on defence
St- stay central and target man.
I’m not sure but is this close enough to replicate this system? Would really appreciate your input
WHY IS IT CHIRSTMAS ITS HALLOWEEN DUDE
How can we implement this in ultimate team fut?
Defo needed this, gonna use this for my AC Milan career mode! Cheers mate
Real Madrid played like this as well when Ancelotti was the manager up there! The bedt counter attacks I’ve ever seen after Mourinho’s ultimate counter attack style
Formation and tactics works like a dream. Started a career mode with AC Milan using your tactics bought Wijnaldum to play as the LAM gave him the 10 shirt like Seedorf, bought Tonali for the Pirlo role and once he's trained up will replace Biglia in the CDM. With your advice a got Verratti to play as the aggressive Gattusso type player.
I really love your idea of implementing real tactis of real managers into fifa ?❤️ keep up the good work bro, another masterpiece
Can recreate Sir Alex Ferguson 4-4-2 (Fluid 4-3-3) Manchester Utd 2007/2008
Love this series, it has actually made Fifa more enjoyable trying all the different tactics. Keep up the awesome work!!
Please do one with his tatics in Napoli and also Ten Hag's Ajax
Hello mate nice video! Are you going to make a video for Tottenham tactics soon?
Excellent video yet again. I wonder if you could also cover Ancelotti’s Madrid, along with Van Gaal’s Ajax (the Dream Team). [I know I already gave you a list on your last tactics video but I forgot these two.]
Now do a video for Arrigo Sachi or Fabio Capello's formations
I thought milan played more of a 4312 system only changing to a 4321 when the second striker was injured ?
Love this vídeo 🙂
