Auba and Laca clearly had problems with Unai and both want to be in Champions League again before they get any older. I wouldn't be mad if they both decided to jump ship in January if Arsenal's form doesn't pick up.
The Arsenal board have already said they will not let any players contracts run down to the final year anymore, so it'd be more likely they are off in January than at the end of the season. I love those guys but with Arsenal in transition, I think Nketiah, Martinelli and Pepe etc can do a "good enough" job whilst Arsenal reinvest the hopefully 120m+ from Laca+Auba sales in to the defense.
